Title: Slow Run Plastics Crusher

Abstract: A Czech SME, highly experienced in the field of development and construction of innovative machines for processing of polyurethanes and other plastic materials, has developed an innovative device for plastic crushing. The company is looking for partners with interest in adapting the technology to their specific needs and with interest in concluding a commercial agreement with technical assistance.

Description: A Czech company has developed an innovative slow-run crusher of plastics, which thanks to its high-quality special blades is suitable mainly for crushing hard materials - PP (polypropylene), PES (polyester), PA (polyamide) and ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) polymers. The plastics crusher consists of a bin for incoming material with hopper, a crushing box with stator and rotor blades, a gear electromotor with hollow shaft, and a steel electrical box. All these parts are fastened to the rigid frame. The crushed material falls into the drawer bin. The bin for incoming material with hopper can be opened for easy cleaning of the blades. The machine is equipped with a carrying wheel for easy manipulation. The device can be simply used directly next to the injection machines. Plastics crushers developed by the company are provided with an anti-blocking system. The machine unblocks the rotor by reverse run. The time of reverse run is adjustable. Control of the machine is enabled using a relay control with the typical relay and time relay or using PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) control, with the help of a small programmable logic control unit with LCD display. PLC control allows following instant loading of the motor, inspection overloading in time, showing messages about the function and comfortable adjusting of parameters. Innovative Aspects: The device has been designed for companies with needs for crushing of plastic and other materials with high respect for environment protection. Thanks the high-quality special blades of the device it is suitable mainly for crushing hard materials. The low speed of the device enables profound crushing of the material.
