Title: Innovative plastic foil package

Abstract: Polish private inventor has developed an innovative method of packaging. The method concerns the plastic foil package primarily and basically it is applicable for food and pharmaceutical products, but it can be applied in any production that involves packaging of small pieces of products. The technology’s offerer is interested in license agreement or joint venture – aimed at adaptation and development of the technology according to the recipient's requirements.

Description: Polish private inventor has developed an innovative method of packaging. The method concerns the plastic foil package primarily, but it can be used in process of packaging in metallised or ordinary paper as well. Innovative package is basically designed for food and pharmaceutical products, but its application spectrum can be wider. Products that are packaged should be flat and in small size. The technology can be also applied for products in lager size – it depends on potential partner's requirements. The package is hermetic and consists of surfaces strictly adherent to each other containing a piece or slices of product. Every piece of product is packaged separately. The package is made from one plastic foil sheet. It is possible to use two ways of packaging: wrapping every piece of product and piling them on top of each other or folding the package in the way so that it looked like a pleat (or a harmony) with the piece of product inside every fold. The second way is cheaper and quicker, but in general the technology allows hastening the process of product's packaging, thus it is time-saving and cost-effective. Innovative Aspects: - Innovative way of packaging, - significant reduction of wastes (even about 50%), - unwrapping products is easy and time-saving (the package is equipped with a special, pointedly joined handler), - innovative package technology is cheaper and quicker than heretofore applied thus it is cost-effective, - packaging is user-friendly and environment friendly (significant reduction of wastes in reference to traditional package methods), - wide application spectrum.
