Title: Temperature Probes/Sensors for Very Low Temperatures

Abstract: A Portuguese SME working in the food processing industry needs a sensor/probe that can measure temperatures as low as -196ºC. The company is looking for partners offering a suitable technology or know-how in development of temperature measurement systems.

Description: Temperature measurement is essential for food processing, chemical and pharmaceutical industries among others. The company is currently looking for temperature probes/sensors for up to -196ºC, compatible with the 1-wire standard. The purpose of this system is to monitor and report the temperature of several ultra-low freezers. This information will then be transmitted to a software information system that will manage the framework. Technical Specifications / Specific technical requirements: The temperature probes/sensors should have the following characteristics: - Capable of temperature measurements up to -196ºC. - Compatible with the 1-Wire standard.
