Title: Innovative products or materials for floor and wall coverings

Abstract: A French SME active in the field of floor and wall coverings is looking for innovative products and/or materials that can be used in professional offices, buildings or shops. The company is seeking a commercial agreement with technical assistance to adapt it to its own requirements.

Description: A French SME is marketing various high/medium-range floor and wall coverings. It is looking for new materials or products not yet existing in France, which could be used in floor and wall coverings. Ideally, those materials can be manufactured as rolls, flagstones or plates. It is particularly interested in materials that use glass, steel or stone. It is also interested in materials that incorporate functional systems (such as lighting for instance). The company is offering its technical know-how to study with the partner sought how to adapt the material or product to its own market. It already has experience in transnational cooperation. Technical Specifications / Specific technical requirements: The materials or products sought should: - Comply with the European standard in terms of resistance for office or public building use - Have a good thermal and acoustic isolation - Be as much as possible new in the floor/wall covering application - Be easy to install - Be easy to clean or maintain (e.g. keep its original aesthetic properties)
